Marshall Portable Engine and a small, 2-wheel, farm cart
Maker's Plate ... gives some identity information
Marshall Portable wksno 26660 built Gainsborough in 1895.
Twin cylinder / flywheels and 10nhp.
Would probably have been used to drive a threshing drum, and with two flywheels maybe something else as well. The portable is because it can be moved, but not under it's own power. It needs to be towed, either by a team of horses or another tractor.
