cvd - UK employment 2015 - 2022

The UK still has a smaller number of people employed in early 2022 than at the pre-pandemic peak in March 2020, a figure of approximately 0.6 million.
The lockdowns were not the only factor having an affect on employment and the economy, but there have been a number of structural changes as a result of the pandemic - for example, the spread of "on-line" shopping. I would think that "Brexit" has also played a significant role, as do various "seasonal" factors.
