mi piace molto il nome inglese di questa delicata falena che scientificamente è nota come Idaea seriata. Nell'orto non sono di particolare importanza, ma contribuiscono comunque alla biodiversità con le molte specie che lo frequentano, soprattutto di notte. Infatti è più facile vederle di sera attratte dalla luce che incontrarle di giorno.
