The sunday challenge = bulbs ----------------------------------------- The city of Eindhoven is historically connected with Philips, one of the bulb technology pioneers. In a yearly held light festival the city underlines this connnection.. This particular project is called Incandescence.

The Sunday Challenge = let us know what you are thankful of ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm thankful for the opportunity to enjoy my life. Last week I visited a lightshow in the city of Eindhoven. It inspired me to a new video, with music of the magnificent Van Morrison, You Know What They're Writing About. Follow this link , I hope you do enjoy it! The song is about love, the video dedicated to my beloved wife.

The Sunday Challenge = begins with an F AND the twist, must be b-w and a very close up shot, go with whatever you have! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a classic radio, sixty years old, make Blaupunkt, model Florenz; no transistors, but good old audion tubes. It fascinated me as a child, I've kept it over the years, it took me years to understand florenz (not floveng..) was the German word for Florence. They still sell on eBay, you can see how they look like here Van Morrison gives a perfect description in his song "In The Days Before Rock'n'Roll" including the sounds you hear when tuning in to the next station..... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
