Oh this is great ♥ We used to have cows on two sides of our property when we live in the rural area here ... loved to watch the cows and their calf's. If I stood very still by the fence as they went back and forth during the day, some would always come to check me out. Great fun for me. Like the way you approached the challenge. :)

these youngsters will have calves in a few months, then they'll go back and forth; now they reside here till winter comes in....

I was hoping that someone would read the challenge this way.

lol, not macro by any means but it does fall into the 'as close as you can get' cows are friendly creatures and generally pretty nosy too! I hope you gave them a treat for coming in close..
