Melton Mowbray is famous for its pork pies & last week I attended a pie making experience in the town & now I'm really getting into pie making!

Here's one just out of the oven. We made it yesterday and baked it this morning. When it's cold it just needs a couple of holes in the lid for the gelatin to go in. Leave it to set and it's ready to eat!

Yum. Send us one, will you? They can't make decent pork pies in Australia, and God knows I've tried enough of them in my search over the years. Yours looks very tasty.
