HFF Trechtingshausen Rhineland-Palatinate Germany 30th April 2018
Five years ago to the day we took a river trip along the beautiful Rhine gorge between Koblenz and Bingen/Rudesheim.

This is the Burg Reichenstein in Trechtingshausen on the west bank of the river. Of course there has to be a train somewhere - just in view on the left is an electric multiple unit heading north towards Bingen with a power boat on the right seemingly racing it....

And oh yes, there is a fence so HFF everyone. Have a great weekend

The Rhein is such a great place for such scenes as I remember well on our trip a few years back. I must have driven past this castle at least twice but have not got a shot like this. Well done.
