“An Entire City Populated by Midgets.”

Well, this is sure to be a losing entrant in the PCPC (Political Correctness Postcard Contest), but it is mesmerizing nevertheless.

And what were the little people of the day to do? At least here they earned a wage and gained the acceptance of peers if not the adulation of the teeming White City* crowds.
