Eclipse
My view of the eclipse as I stood on a canal towpath somewhere near Lough Neagh. The slight cloudiness made it easier to see what was going on.

And saved the need for neutral density filters. This was my setup for the 14/11/2012 eclipse here, only had a small P&S.

10X50 binoculars and an A4 envelope, and lots of tricky adjusting of pieces of timber as the sun and moon moved.
