Park Lane Terracotta 1

My search for interesting terracotta items has never before yielded something quite like this on a private house. There are several houses on Park Lane in Macclesfield with similar decorative brickwork and name panels but only this one has this large religious scene filling a good portion of the front wall.

I wonder where this was manufactured?
