Camping in Cumbria.

Photographed at Glenridding camp-site in the Lake District National Park, Cumbria, UK. This site is situated on farmland close to some of the most popular areas & walks in the Lake District and we usually stay here for a day or two whenever we're in the area. The first time I stopped here was in 1988 during a week-long hike at Easter and this is one of my two favourite sites (the other is at Brother's Water, located near the Northern end of Kirkstone Pass). I especially like the hot-food van which arrives each morning to supply campers with bacon sandwiches and other "goodies" :-)
