Yo de inmediato cumplido!I
Sheltering from the heat of midday near Palenque Ruins I ran into this very odd character. He was a Dutch traveller--very much a Bohemian type of fellow, who owned a quite social macaw. The bird had a taste for Pepsi Cola. Shortly after this photo was taken the macaw hopped over to me and latched it's beak onto my earlobe. His owner said to me, "Give him a sip of your Pepsi if you want your ear back. . . " I immediately complied!
This photo was taken by a Yashica Electro 35CC rangefinder film camera and COLOR-YASHINON DX 1:1.8 f=35mm lens with a Pro 52mm (UV) Japan filter using Kodak Ektachrome-X slide film, the positive transparency scanned by an HP Scanjet G4050 scanner and digitally rendered with Photoshop.
