More snow is on its way

After some really beautiful, sunny days, snow is about to return. The forecast is for scattered flurries tonight, light snow for tomorrow, scattered flurries on Thursday and light snow for Friday (which is when I get snow tires put on my vehicle, for the first time ever).

Photographed these colourful flowers at the Reader Rock Garden on 17 September 2014. I think the plant is a Sedum species?
