Pink Shrubby Cinquefoil

This was taken on 5 October 2013, when I was out on a birding trip east of the city with a group of friends. Several of these beautiful pink Shrubby Cinquefoil bushes were growing in a flowerbed near the edge of Chestermere Lake. Usually, we see yellow Shrubby Cinquefoil, growing wild and in gardens, but I thought this pink variety was so pretty with its warm, sunlight glow.
