Mallard curls

Love seeing the black, curled tail feathers of the Mallard male - females lack the curls. Always makes me shiver when I see birds lying in the snow or swimming in water amongst the ice on the river. Taken at Inglewood Bird Sanctuary on 4 March 2013.
