Is this Tremella aurantia jelly fungus with host?

Photographed this jelly fungus when a few of us visited the Medicine River Wildlife Centre, Spruce View, near Raven, Alberta, on 27 July 2012. Somehow, it doesn't quite look like Witch's Butter (Witches' Butter). Or could it be Yellow Brain Fungus (Tremella mesenterica)?
