White-winged Crossbill

I'm not sure if this is a female or a juvenile White-winged Crossbill - at least I'm assuming I have the correct ID. This heavily cropped photo shows the hook on the end of the crossed bill, used for removing seeds from the pine cones. Taken yesterday on our Calgary Bird Count in the NE area of the city.
Tomorrow, my three alarm clocks are set to go off at 5:00 a.m. - yes, three, in the hopes that I won't sleep through all of them! It's going to be another very long day, doing the High River Bird Count. I'm still in agony from the two full days of walking that I did in Calgary and in Canmore on December 17th and 18th, so I'm kind of hoping that there will be more driving than walking tomorrow. High River is approximately 65.8 km south of Calgary, and takes about an hour to get there.
