Carnivorous Butterwort

I always find these tiny flowers difficult to photograph. For some reason, I can't get my camera to focus on the flowers. These plants are carnivorous. Found this one out at Forgetmenot Pond (at end of Highway 66/Elbow Falls Trail) in summer.
"The sticky upper surface of the leaves traps insects. The nutrients absorbed from the insect's body are used to supplement the plant's nutritional requirements," (from Plants of Alberta by Royer and Dickinson - a newly published book that I am finding very useful).
