Facing the sun

This sunflower was at the Fort Calgary garden. I rather like these paler, more delicate looking sunflowers, though who can resist the more typical, brilliant yellow flower heads? I needed some bright colour, as my photostream has turned into a definite dull, brownish collection the last little while!
