Great Horned Owl


This is one of my "usual" owls down in one of the local parks. Saw him yesterday, just a few metres away from the five Mule Deer. Couldn't see his mate, but I'm sure she was somewhere in the grove of trees. They are SO hard to spot and you'd never know they were there unless you happened to already know.
