I did mean to do the one a day for a year thing on 'the other photo place' and started out well but could not keep up with the amount of vegetable I had to eat..... These mushrooms ended up in a stir fry. I will continue to add some more but one a day was over ambitious!

Yes, I can see it was an ambitious project and I was wondering what you did with all the vegetables! Maybe you should write a recipe book...
