~ Explored! ~ Thank you very much :-))) These are the steps in front of the new Weston Library in Oxford. I was trying to zoom in and take the interior through the windows. I really don't know what I did wrong but, clearly, the zoom didn't work and the windows have come out almost black! The bonus is that the result reminds me of "Walk On By" by Dionne Warwick. I've always wanted to call this College “mag-da-lin”. But it is actually pronounced “mawd-lin” :-) It dates from 1458.

And, you should see the size of the wave just out of view :-)) So, I figure there is enough surf here to link my shot to the classic "Surf's Up" by the Beach Boys. I think the end result comes from applying the Seamless filter. But, then again..... :-)

For the second time this year Helen & I have been to see 'The Simon & Garfunkel Story'. Last evening we went to see the show at the Watford Colosseum (our first time visiting this venue). It was another brilliant and magical night and everyone was on their feet at the end of the show! This leads me to this older shot of two lady marshalls deep in conversation at the 2012 Kop Hill Climb. This was taken at Willen Lake, Milton Keynes where the organisation - “Newfound Friends - Newfoundland Dogs working for Childrens Charities” was giving a rescue demonstration. ~ Explored! ~ Thank you very much :-))) This 'cafe' (Lady Scarletts Tea Parlour) in Ventnor, Isle of Wight is not 'by any stretch of the imagination' a 'sad cafe'. But, so that I can use this Eagles track we will have to imagine, just for a moment, that there is a little bit of sadness here :-) "The Sad Cafe" comes from the Eagles' 1979 album "The Long Run". It followed their all-time classic album "Hotel California". I know reviews at the time said it was a disappointing album. It could never have surpassed "Hotel California" but there are gems on "The Long Run" and I say this is one of them :-) The song is, apparently, about The Troubadour in Los Angeles).
