Feuerspuren / Firetraces (I)

'Feuerspuren' is the name of the international (and multi-lingual) storyteller festival that takes place in Bremen every year on one weekend in November. According to the organizers it is the only storyteller festival in Europe. It takes place in just one street where many of the shop owners allow the storytellers to use their rooms, and there are also many storytellers on the street with Japanese Storyteller Bikes or with orange umbrellas with little lights allover - like this one here. It is really a special event and it seems to become more famous by now. Already last year there were 7000 visitors - and there were so many people now that it was a problem to find a seat in the shops. (I just read there were 9000 visitors this time. If they get on like this there won't be enough space for all soon). Later there was a lantern procession and fireworks. It was a great afternoon!
When you talked to a storyteller with an umbrella as shown above you could give them a keyword and they would make a short story of it.
