In the Nose...

... so finally I was able to read this awesome description of a wine - Kerner Kabinett - Feinherb.
"In the nose the typical flavours of this grape variety: Orange, lemon, white peach and green apple; good (successful) balance of 'serving' natural sweetness and fine-classy acid combined with restrained (in German it sounds like 'bridled') alcohol content and juvenile briskness."

One doesn't need a fruit salad after this wine. No question - I had to order it! :)
