Sitting and Enjoying

I felt a bit exhausted that day - got totally mixed up with time and was an hour early. So I took my bike again and went out to the fields, found a lonely bench, sat down and enjoyed my surroundings. I can only recommend this cure. I felt centred and re-energised after this self-treatment. ;)
