This one worked better in b&w as it was a bit too grainy. Also the macro function has its limits as it seems.

I have to admit that the colour photo was a bit too grainy - as already mentioned above. But this way the contrast of light and shadow showed better. I really love these little lanterns - and haven't seen this effect so far with other flowers.
Well, if spring goes on like this they will fade soon I'm afraid...
