Family Portrait, Found on our Front Stairs!

[best appreciated at full size against black]
Yesterday I let the dogs out to do their business and when I turned around to walk up our stairs to go inside, I found this happy family posing for a portrait! This side of our house is in shade most of the day, and is cool and wet. Moss grows on the stairs and now I can say mushrooms do too!!
I know I'm silly, but I can't help seeing mushrooms as little people! Here I see mom and dad mushroom in the middle, with the youngest child on the left being bashful but encouraged to be brave by mom...the other child is older and coyly leans close to dad who stands straight, tall, and proud of his beautiful family! :D
I've uploaded two other pictures today and I hope you'll visit them too!
Thanks to all of you who have visited and have left comments and favorites! I try to go to all of your pages within a day or two and is a highlight for me to see your beautiful photography! :)
NOTE! I have finally updated my profile and I hope you'll take a look to find out a little more about me and how important all of you are to my experience here on Flickr!
