Family Footprints (Explore #42)

Wandering to my heart's content on the beach was a highlight for me when Steve and I went to the coast at Brookings, Oregon. I have always loved to do this and missed it terribly.
There are so many things to find in and on the sand. As I walked along the mostly secluded beach, I saw a family which included a young boy and a tiny little girl, and walking along, I found a trail of footprints showing that one of the parents went for a walk with the toddler. The parent's footprints were mostly a straight line, while the little girl's were all over, as she ran back and forth in obvious joy of the occasion. Here are two footprints, one from the parent, and one from the child, showing a glimpse of their walking adventure on this perfect day!
