We've been having a lot of rain the past few days, and it's a good thing because I've been worried about a drought. However, it does make it a bit challenging to get my pictures!
This lovely flower is called a Woodland Star, and you can see why it gets its name, especially if you scroll down to see the picture below in the Comments! I was trying to find a flower with a completely open face but the overcast day and the rain has all the blossoms refusing to cooperate! These beauties are a favorite of mine, so bright and pretty. They look like a snowflake cut out from a piece of paper! :)
