Salvage logging
Aftermath of the enormous Camp Fire in the Sierra Nevada foothills, fall 2018. Evidently the trees were scorched so quickly the wood remains usable. The highway is California State Route 70. This pullout is near one of the hydropower installations on the Feather River.
