Thanks! It doesn't go thru for the general public; there's a locked gate at the top. It's only open to "authorized" vehicles--park rangers, installation employees (there's a communications facility on one of the summits), and such. It is open to hiker, bicycles, and horses, tho--you can go all the way over to Spooner Lake if you so desire.
