Snow camping
A late-season snowfall on Memorial Day weekend. It was all gone again in a couple of days. At least it made for interesting landscapes! Bob Scott campground, at the summit of the eponymous pass on US 50. Toiyabe Range, central Nevada, USA.

That's a good way to look at it! There were a couple of other parties, tho. It was Memorial Day, after all--the weather was just unusual.
