So..I'm thinking that this album belonged to Ida Hesselbarth (whose mother was Ida Mathilde, brother Hermann, etc.)
Ida wrote identifying information - and then later, one of her descendants wrote in it to clarify.
So, for example, here, Ida wrote "Mother and me" when she was an old woman and then her granddaughter wrote a "translation" in ballpoint pen with much less shaky writing.
