Happy Valentine's Day!

This is the very first photograph taken of me and my husband- to- be.
Taken in the late 70s by Ruth, I'm holding Ruth's son, Adam, and I stole this from Ruth's photostream.
Thanks, Ruth! : )
She was up visiting me in Ludlow, Vermont. I lived alone in the apartment on the left. It looks tacky but was a sweet place.
Ruth remembers thinking that Brian was "the one." even though I had not known him very long.
I was much less certain - he liked Star Wars and Van Morrison. lol
We got married about four years after this picture was taken.
In the words of David Crosby, on Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young's "4 Way Street" album (that dates me!)
"We've had our ups and downs over the years, but we're still playing together."
