London Underground Bag

Inspired by JFGryphon's post.
This was brought over from England for me by our (Woodlands Avenue) previous neighbors, who visited us in The States in 1970.
It's a longish heavy duty plastic bag lined with cloth.
You can see all the stops clearly, in the larger sizes.
How would it hold up as a guide today, British friends?
