The Brand New Family

Little Henry arrived today at 10:44 weighing 6ibs and 7oz and 20 inches long. And with a shock of very dark hair under that hat!
Shannon did an amazing, wonderful job and Gabe was overflowing with love and happiness when I spoke with him. (looking a little tired here though : ))
It's so thrilling.
We're not able to visit him yet because they have very strict flu prevention rules in place - and that's VERY hard - but I know we'll see him soon. I can't WAIT to hold him!!
Lots more photos to follow (naturally.)
In my happiness still very aware of sending warm thoughts and support to Star1950 - a friend to many of us - who's little baby grandson is very sick in hospital (but doing better.) If you know her please visit and send her good wishes and help to ease this difficult time for her.
