Plaque to commemorate the razzia of December 6, 1944


The Germans picked up around 1300 men in a razzia on December 5, 1944 and they used Haarlem station to transport them to work camps in Rees, Bienen and Praest in Germany. 81 died from the exhaustion, diseases and maltreatment.
