Mustang Spurt bicycle

Probably dates from the early 1970s. The Mustang bicycle factory was established in 1910 by the brothers Tiem en Harm de Geeter in Assen, Drente, the Netherlands. It stayed in business until 1985. See also this website (in Dutch):
