The train can be described as a means of transport that takes you from where you are not to places you don't want to go. The travel time by train today is equal or lower than travel time of the 1930s. Although people in the Netherlands are getting taller, the space for travellers is reduced constantly. Any excuse (sun, rain, hot weather, cold weather) not to run trains is used, so this is a relatively rare view of a Dutch train.
