A night in Amsterdam: Herengracht (Gentlemen's Canal)

According to recent report by the Amsterdam city government, Amsterdam is divided between a successful centre and increasingly unsuccessful suburbs.
The chance of meeting somebody from Amsterdam in the centre are pretty low: Amsterdam is full of people from tired provincial towns and cities who want to live in a more interesting city.
