My son Tim and I took a trip to New York City to do something we both wanted to do for a long time: take a walk on the Brooklyn Bridge. We began our odyssey in Brooklyn Heights around the parks along the shore of the East River between the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges. The image above shows a unique view of the Manhattan Bridge. The trip was a photographer's dream!

Oh Val - this is one of the places I really want to see for myself. I don't know why the Brooklyn Bridge has such a hold over me, but I really envy you this view. Great photo by the way and putting it in black and white is very clever.
