Dedicated to Asculpius, god of healing. From Lanchester it is inscribed ib both Greek and Latin (Greek on reverse side):

V(OTVM) S(OLVIT) L(AETVS) L(IBENS) M(ERITO)

To Aesculpius, Titus Flavius Titianus, tribune, gladly, willingly and deservedly fulfilled his vow.
