Crocheted Rainstorm Costume (almost done)

I'm probably going to keep adding streamers and tulle and beads and such, and I have better underdress planned, but the crocheting part is pretty much done now. (Didn't get a good photo of the back, so that'll have to wait till next iteration. But I like the back a lot.) The shoulder rain is made from 30 shoelaces; the lower streamers are shredded t-shirt fabric; shoelaces and t-shirt strips are from Trash for Teaching in Gardena CA.
