Pat and Martin

Found this postcard at the Long Beach Flea Market last summer. The back says:

"Downing New Mexico
Abt 1912 or 13

Grandma Pat,
age abt 11 or 12
& little playmate
Martin Weinhomer
We used to play
indians & cowboys
in a Teepee I built
in our back yard - or
go skating together
he was about 8 & lonely
too-- "

Can't find any reference to a Martin Weinhomer out there, but if you know more about him or Pat, I'd love to hear about them.
