Neither of them are Shepperton. Clearly the chimney stack has been heightened and the pots replaced, but sadly the side gate has gone and the front garden has shrunk. What I did have to Photoshop out was an ugly telegraph pole bang in front (which doesn't appear to have been there when yours was taken), and two wheelie bins. (It's always bin day when I go to these places).

Your picture gave me the idea, on the spur of the moment, to go on a solo jaunt yesterday, my first for months. A fine late morning and afternoon, but a less than perfect day - the pubs in both Middle and Lower Heyford were closed, so lunch, eaten in a churchyard, was a packet of roasted peanuts and water.

I recall removing some wheelie bins too. I went on a Tuesday and you went on a Thursday, so perhaps they're a permanent feature. Bring back the traditional metal dustbin, I say.

The telegraph pole was there then, but my shot was taken further down. I vaguely remember having to remove the shadow of it from the road.
