On A Pedestal? - 9 October 2021
Thornton does look as though he's been sleeping rough and, who knows, perhaps he has. To be honest, born of imagination more than love, he has been rather neglected. It would be disingenuous to put him on a pedestal now and risk sibling jealousy. No wonder he looks ill at ease in this picture.
