Budapest Underground Sign - 31 August 2018

The title of this picture was chosen with care because, although the present system is known as the Budapest Metro, for which the modern symbol is seen to the left, the word 'Földalatti', dominant on the older sign, means 'Underground'. The station name is in a smaller font while the writing at the bottom reads simply 'to Mexikói út' (on Line M1).
