Every Cloud Vape Shop, 51 Market Parade, Havant.

The title of this picture assumes a meaning beyond the name of this bright new arrival. I would hardly applaud the the advent of a vape shop except that this brightly presented property brings some cheer to the otherwise unrelieved awfulness of Havant's Market Parade. A hint of the architecture can be seen above the shop and, at street level, much of the Parade is scarred by long term empty properties as recorded in my photostream in 2013 and 2015.
