D-AIZR approaching Nice (2) - 18 April 2017

Eurowings A320 D-AIZR with Borussia Dortmund livery approaching runway 22R at Nice.

I can reasonably assume that this was the arrival of the Borussia Dortmund team for the UEFA Champions League quarter-final 2nd leg against AS Monaco (played on 19 April 2017). The aircraft had positioned DUS-DTM before continuing DTM-NCE. It then flew NCE-DUS.

Shots on sunny days at Nice are difficult to take as for much of the time they are across or even into the sun. I have done what I can with a bridge camera and limited skills at both photography and editing.
