Flowers by Post - 29 July 2015

July 2015 saw an end to a long period of inconvenience for customers of Bedhampton Post Office. The G R post box there was damaged in late 2014 and it was initially stated that it would have to be repaired rather than replaced. Months passed with no progress and, eventually, the box was, in fact, replaced with an E II R example which has been re-sited and now has some attractive pots next to it as some small compensation for the many months the site looked like this this.
